This programme consists of 12+ modules, all of which are suitable for Business Owners, Directors, all levels of Management and potential Managers. The great advantage of this programme is that you or your colleagues can select 1, 2, 3....or all 12 or more modules - you choose! Plus, if there is a specific module that you require that is not below, Tina has probably delivered it bespoke for a company at some point or she can write one for you! For example, a request for Appraisals Training and Interview Skills Training were requested and programmes written, these have now been added to the list.
The modules are delivered in a half-day or full-day Workshop, depending on company requirements, at your business premises or another appropriate venue. The content is adapted to suit the specifics of your company following an initial consultation and discussion with the team. As the programme builds, we review progress and implementation of the skills learned.
