About Coaching Dynamics
Coaching Dynamics was founded in 2007 by Tina Dulieu, an award-winning Coaching Academy Business Coach and Licenced Trainer. Since its inception, Coaching Dynamics has supported hundreds of businesses with Strategic Growth Coaching, Executive Coaching, Management Training and Business Skills Training, as well as DISC Personality Profiling.
Prior to founding Coaching Dynamics, Tina Dulieu was helping people to be successful in an abundance of ways for over 30 years. From her early business experience at the BBC, Capital Radio and BP, through obtaining a degree in Education and teaching GCSE and A level mathematics in a secondary school, Further Education College and running a hugely successful private education business. Next, followed training with The Coaching Academy, Europe's leading coach training organisation, before forming Coaching Dynamics. Throughout her career, Tina has always had ‘the development of people to reach their potential’ at the core and has strived to be the best at whatever project she undertakes.
Today, Tina enjoys a reputation for her integrity, intelligence and lateral thinking, conscientious and meticulous project planning. She empowers and challenges people to discover and give full reign to their talent. She is a Licenced Trainer and a DISC Personality Profiling Specialist - and it is this, combined with her business acumen that sets Coaching Dynamics apart.
