We were sitting around the table ready to begin our new business coaching programme, discussing the roles of each Director waiting for the 4th to join us, held up at another meeting. Suddenly I was aware of Paddy, who’d jumped up in the spare seat and wanted to be part of the action! It was a wonderful moment that gave us all a good laugh!! We made him CEO
